As young graffiti artist Oscar became known as “DTALE” where the name was tagged in subways, rooftops and trains all over the city. His passion for the arts lead him to pursue his career in graphic design. Oscar” DTALE” graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University with a (B.A) in Graphic Design and Computer Animation. Dtale’s chosen mediums are aerosol, acrylics and digital design. Dtale’s inspirations are early hip-hop culture, comic books and fine arts.
